J’ai commandé la taille M - j’ai reçu la taille L…j’ai demandé à être remboursée des frais de retour soit 5.95 euros, j’attends TOUJOURS.
J’ai recommandé en taille S, cette seconde fois directement et non par la
Redoute. Les élastiques de la taille ne tiennent pas, la jupe se retrouve à mes pieds. Il va falloir trouver une couturière pour refaire la taille. INADMISSIBLE Ma taille est le 40 ! Et je demande le remboursement ci-dessus indiqué
